EDITOR'S ROOM
The Editor's Room is our charming ground floor with comfortable queen feather bed and private ensuite bathroom with large double shower and built in seat. Romantic electric fireplace and bar fridge with complimentary soft beverages, TV with premium cable and wireless hi-speed internet. FEATURES a private, awning covered 12 foot square deck overlooking attractive gardens.
Join us for breakfast in Dining Room at 9 a.m. Always fresh seasonal fruit salad with fruit juice. Gourmet egg dish presentations (omelette/quiche/frittata/scrambled for examples) served with potatoes and breakfast meat. Fresh homemade or market scones, croissants, muffins or focaccia. Coffee (tea or decaf coffee upon request).

Always a fresh seasonal fruit dish with homemade granola, yogurt and fruit. Followed by a gourmet egg dish presentation which could be our asparagus tipped omelette, spinach frittata, broccoli & cheddar quiche, poached eggs florentine with smoked salmon and hollandaise sauce. Accompanied by potatoes- hash, sweet, roasted dill, rosti or pancakes/waffles topped with local maple syrup or coulis. Also served with a breakfast meat such as bacon, maple glazed Canadian bacon, breakfast or our homemade sausage, shrimp or crab cakes. Also fresh or market scones, croissants, muffins or foccacia with a variety of local or homemade jams. We also can prepare special needs menu upon request.
